Montana vs Feds- Gun Control Laws

If you're from Montana, stand tall. Your Governor and State officials are taking on the Feds with new State legislation that pretty much tells the Feds to jump in the lake concerning any Gun Control laws. The bill calls for no serial numbers to be reported, no gun registration, silencers would be legal, and no waiting periods. Gun confiscation for legal gun owners would also be eliminated. Utah and Texas also have similar bills going thru their legal system as well. Looks like game is on in America against the ever more controlling Feds and a lot of the States are fighting back. Unless the Constitution is made null and void, there isn't a thing the Feds can do about it. Here's more:

I have family in Montana... and been going there since a baby. I love the place, makes me want to move there even more than before. Montana's got some ***** (remember they tried that no-speed-limit thing a few years ago). Hopefully all will work out.

They didnt have a speed limit for a long time. Now it is 75 I believe. But the roads are so long and flat that and there are so few cops that it does not matter.

Worse... the limit exists on highways, but they just don't enforce it... unless you're really being stupid/reckless. And yeah, part of the reason is that there just isn't enough troopers to patrol every inch of road, but you can still fly past a trooper at 100MPH out in the middle of nowhere without worrying about it.

Yeah Ive never had a problem with them when up there. I spend a good part of my summer up there. what is realy weird is when a trooper passes you go 90, lol.

Unless things change, that's where I'm going when I retire. I'd love to go now but I've put down too many roots.
