U.S.A. Country of slobs???

Sorry but i have to rant just a bit here. I drive 60+ miles to work each way so i see plenty of crap going on in my part of the country. This week has to be the worse ever. I have never seen so many slobs, they are throwing their garbage right out the ****** windows without any care at all.
Today i am driving in and i am going down some country back roads for a nice change of pace. I see the slob in front of me throw out 2 bags of garbage!!!
2 ****** bags of garbage?? right out the passenger window onto the side of the road and they split open and now garbage is flying all over the place.
Now i am so pissed my ears are burning, I wanted so bad to do a pit maneuver on the slob but i maintained. I caught up to him and forced his azz off to the side of the road. I got out and attempted to tell this guy he was a ****** SLOB sonabitch. Well he copped an attitude with me and i have to tell you fine people i lost it man, big time. I grabbed this guy and pulled his butt out of his truck and dragged him next to my truck and sat him on the ground and called the cops. I waited for 1/2 hour and no police showed up. So i had to let him go but i have his plate number as he would not tell me his name.
Now i may have went a bit over board but this stems from seeing a woman throw a TV onto the side of the road last week and i did nothing, But not anymore. I am taking the lead here and if i see someone even throw out a butt i will be on their azz...
So did i over react?? Should i have just minded my own business?? I think not.
It just seems to me people just don't care anymore...
Okay now i feel better, rant done.

Sorry i have not been here but i was gone on a nice relaxing fishing trip which yielded many many trout. There were still many slobs out and about i did not see them personally but i did see all the crap they just leave everywhere without even a care. I read all the responses and to a degree i will admit i may have over reacted a bit.
You guys think i forced this guy off the road but we were approaching a stop sign and i just got on the side of him to say something but he would not even acknowledge that i was even there so i simply pulled froward (at an angle) and blocked him from moving forward. When i got out he was uncomfortable for sure because he knew why i was following him. I know there are some real tough guys in the world and i was out of line doing what i did. I told the wife about it and she bitched me out also. But i will tell you this if i see you throwing **** out the window i will say something to your face and we can take it from there.
As for that Short Canadian bastish Habibi, dude grab a mirror if you still have one thats not broken yet and take a good long look. I seen only one good looking Canadian one time and she just had a short beard. I am actually surprised you can even see when your in the F-150 it is amazing what 5 Toronto metro phone books can achieve in height. (and one for each petal). Am i saying your short well no i would never....... The goat man has some real issues also they(goats) must all been on the rag this weekend.....

Hmmm....Id have to say thats quite the over-reaction actually. Your lucky you pulled over someone who sat down and took it like a b*tch.
If someone tried that ish on me or quite a few people I know, they would be waking up in a hospital probably...

I know everyone is a hero until someone wakes them up then most ( not all) but most folks simply fall apart. I did not know what to expect from this guy but when 2 black garbage bags go flying in the air and trash is going all over the place ( which i am sure your friends would not do) it just pisses me off. I did over react but i will still let a litterer know face to face if i see him or her do it.. I am no tough guy but simply a guy who tries to care and when all else fails then well it is what it is...

I know how you feel Buck, but guns are for people that can't defend themselves any other way. If someone tried to drag my mother out of a car because she littered, instead of taking her info and calling the cops, I'd hope she had something along to give her the advantage. If two people agree to throw down with each other in a fair fight, that's great. (I'd rather throw fists than try and kill someone.) But if Bill Goldberg decides he's going whoop PeeWee Herman's ***, and gets shot for it, I don't have an ounce of sympathy for him.
Having said the above... I'm not trying to preach. I hope the guy learned a lesson, and I'm glad you didn't get shot.

First off I hate it when people litter. It shows two things I despise laziness and self centeredness (if that's a word). However, I can not condone what you did. You broke the law when you ran him off the road, you then broke the law again when you jerked him out of the truck. The fact that you were able to do this points out that you are probably much larger physically than he was. This makes you a bully.
While I can appreciate clean roads, two wrongs still do not make a right. You then get on the internet and brag about committing violent crimes and being a bully. IMO that is more disturbing than throwing trash out of the window.
So we are a nation of violent criminals and bulllys? I'm not so sure I would be proud of that.
