Ball peen hammer... Get insurance to pay it then find out who it was and use the same method on their head as they used on your hood and call it a day...

Hey I have a spare OEM hood. Good condition, I got a ram air hood on my 04 so i swapped it out. Its just taking up space, ill let you have it if you pay for shipping. It is silver though, would need to be repainted.

 

My aftermarket hood cost much less than an OEM hood.

 

I would go in and complain to the gym. See if they have cameras. That would really **** me off. Sorry

 

What aftermarket hood are ya using? And where did you get it?

I dated a girl once who used to sing that Carrie Underwood song all the time. We ended on bad terms, and I am still nervous to this day about my truck getting messed with.

Sucks about the hood. No way that was an accident. I wonder what they used. I would get an aftermarket hood though. There are a lot of nice ones out there that aren't too flashy. Or just get those hood attachments that look like scoopes. I think they mount pretty easy, and I think they are in that general area. That would probably be the cheapest solution by far.

Big variety out there. All for around $100. I've seen them on some trucks, and thought they looked really good.

hmm.. nope.. it's the YMCA.. this isn't big city life around here.. so still no cameras around the premises..

Yea.. I'm the same way.. but I don't think I'm gonna mess with it overnight.. prolly wait a couple months and see what I feel like.. cash isn't too big of an issue, but it's still a pricey upgrade.. I'm gonna stop by the bodyshops tomorrow and see what they want to fix it..

 

dude that is stuped there are dumb *** people out there that dont have anything better to do then go mess with nice trucks and yours was one of them my friends king ranch has that happened but over the side and it was keyed really bad. it sucks hope you get it fixed

 

I had to have my hood repainted after I bought in the 03 because the dealership wouldn't do it and the previouse owner had a bug guard installed incorrectly. The guard was rubbing against the paint all the way across the front of the hood and rubbed all the paint and primer off it. Bodyshop in town redid if for $250 and it was way cleaner paint finish than the OEM one. The dents may run the labor up a little more but shouldn't be too much more, wouldn't think anyways. Good luck on the repairs.

Also, that's the exact hood I've been wanting for a year or so! I just don't know of a good shop to prep and paint. You know what they say, great minds think alike!

Maybe I'll get it with my tax refund...
