I asked Warn how they determined their line pull. Answer; For truck recover winches it is the maximum load the winch can pull for 1 ft with a fully charged 650 CCA battery. That is 1.73 times more than my 5200 lbs truck weighs. And that includes my tools and fat ****.... If I need more I use the ****** block and double the pull. 9 time out of ten I use the strap to tug some one out. After all I am the one spooling the cable in and out. Over 100 feet. It was fun the first couple of times but it is a Royal PITA now.
