Man, that's enough to kick the wife out and lock the door to the basement.
Hmmm....How much are we talking about again? Only 24k? I think I could swing that....

Why do you need 32GB of RAM. Nobody needs 32GB of RAM.
That Mac is a total waste of money, I just built a PC with the same ridiculous specifications, even better in some categories, on NewEgg and it came out to $10,444.13 including shipping.
Truth is that Macs aren't worth it at all, think of what you could do with an extra $14,000 in your pocket...

Parts List:
CPU::
2x Intel Xeon 3.16GHz 45nm Quad Core
Motherboard::
Intel Dual LGA771 Extended ATX
Memory::
8x 4GB Crucial 667MHz ECC Fully Buffered DDR2 CAS5
Graphics Card::
PNY Nvidia Quadro FX5800 4GB
Case::
Silverstone TJ07-B Full Tower
Power Supply::
Silverstone Zues 1200w
Hard Drive::
2x Seagate ES.2 1TB SATA 3.0GB/s
Mouse:
Logitech MX Revolution Laser Mouse - Wireless
Keyboard::
Logitech MX 5500 Revolution - Wireless
Monitors::
2x Samsung 305T 30" Widescreens 6ms Response 1000:1 Contrast
Optical Drive::
2x Sony SATA Drives - DVD+R, DVD+RW, DVD-R, DVD-RW, CD-R, CD-RW, DVD+R DL, DVD-R DL, DVD-RAM

What are you using this thing for anyways?

The boy knows his stuff!!!

And I agree, Mac's are not worth it. Just pure advertising brain wash more more than half of their users. Its like a bad fad.

Mac's are well worth it. Their OS is much more stable than anything from microsoft.

Example, my former computer with Windows 98 would lock up while Internet Explorer was running.

Ten years later, in 2009, my new laptop with Vista does the same exact thing.

You get what you pay for. My next one will be an apple. I refuse to reward poor beta testing with my money any longer.

Thats funny I have been running vista 64 for 8 months now and have not had it crash once. Maybe its the operator.

Mac makes a good product, they are more expensive and a little less vulnerable to viruses and spyware. Now to me they are not worth the extra money, I build my own computers so I like to upgrade and I don't like that you cant upgrade a mac. When it gets slow you have to replace it with another 3,000 dollar machine. With my PC I can change processors and graphics cards for 600 bucks and torch the mac again in speed and price.

Agreed, have not had a single problem with either one of my 2 vista computers in the 2 years I have had them. I just must be a fortunate one. Never had a problem with my XP computer either in the 6 years I had that one.

Yup windows is junk.

Obviously your daddy didn't teach you manners. Then again, you are from Texas. The only thing there are steers and....well...

If everything on a Mac just works, then why does a website called "Mac fix it" exist, a**h***?
