I think that has got to be the worst thing I've heard in recent times. I don't think anyone can come up with enough punishment for that guy. Dragging HIM behind a car would be a start, but not enough.

Maybe more states will adopt the "kill to carjacker" law. which allows anyone witnessing a legitimate carjacking "as described" above, to kill them. not many here anymore, as everyone is allowed guns in their cars. the last one was a "bump" type, the driver shot the other driver as he tried to pull him out, he then shot his buddy in the back as he tried to get away, killed them both, and didn't even go to police station. makes me wonder what kind of difference my lightning and a 9mil could make in a situation like in Missouri.

I dont know how the witnesses who caught him and tied him up did not beat him to **** or even kill him I know I would have definately been kicking him in the face while he was tied up. Im sorry but that is about the sickest thing I have ever heard. Its time that governments started listening to the people about crime and stop being damn bleeding hearts. Im sure nothing torturous enough can bring some redemtion to that poor woman.

 

That artical has just about done me in. I've got a 6 year old son and just thinking of anything hurting him just about kills me. I never leave him in the truck, though I will leave my 12 year old daugher. I do make sure she locks all the doors.

 

Man, that's HORRIBLE... they ought to tie the carjacker to a big rock and throw him in the ocean...

 

Unbelievable. What's this world coming to? If there is anything good to come of this, it would have to be the lesson to us all to NEVER leave kids unattended in a car.

 

In an age where basically everyone can get a job, there is no excuse for crimes like this. If this loser isn't put to death, there is no justice. They used to hang horse thiefs, why not car jackers? As a parent, I'd like the opportunity to put my boot print in this guy's face. Heck, I'd like to kick his father and slap his mother too!

Know what I would like to do to the punk who did that? Drag him behind that car! Every time I hear this it makes even sicker.

MRBBQMAN, I believe self defense laws allow you to use whatever force is necessary to save your own, or another person's life.

 

Yet some piece of crap will have to defend this (I can't even think of a bad enough word) in court, and if he is put to death there will be a bunch of dumb*ss people parading around the fences with signs protesting the execution. But still just think your money goes to keep this thing in prison. Also just think if those people had killed him they would be charged with murder. How screwed up!! Just another punk, that is of no use whatsoever. How about this; and I do believe in a fair trial for people BUT in cases like this which happen every so often where it is obvious what has happened and who has done it, an officer walks right up to the criminal takes out a shotgun w/00 buck puts the barrel right between his eyes and blows his head completely off right there on T.V. BOOM done! Throw his body in the dump somewhere and concern ourselves with the people who really count like the boys mother and family. I'm starting to shake with anger so I'll stop.

 

Moveover, what i liked about this test case down here, was the guy shot the second carjaker in the back as he was hauling a**, running away from him. tough to prove self defense doing that, but "carjackers" can be shot like the dogs that they are. couldn't get away with that with a burglar, least not chasing him down the street b4 you shoot him in the back. our vehicles are considered an extension of your home, and you can defend as such w/o carry permit.

 

I just saw on the boob tube where that bag of sh** was let out of jail by MISTAKE just two hours before that little boy was killed. Somebody's tax dollars were hard at work.

 

I can't get this horrible story out of my mind.

There is no way to punish that piece of ***** enough to satisfy me.
