Here's a few specs

Fusion SE 2.3I4 Engine
Silver Birch
Dark Charcoal Cloth/Leather Bucket seats
Sport Appearance package
Moon & Tune Package

Sirius Sat.

*** The Window Sticker says that it has the audiophile system but how do I check this myself. What should I look for ***

All of these options was not needed for her at all but they just happen to be available on the car she liked.

The Moon and Tune gives you the audiophile, basically, to tell the difference, you'll have three speakers in the rear package tray, one being the subwoofer. You should be able to pull down the trunk trim a bit and see it. I think once you play it, you'll be able to tell. Good luck with it. Is it a brand new '08?

Yes it is an 08. It had a few miles on it b/c it has been test driven but other than that it good to go. So where is this subwoofer located? When you say trunk trim, where should I be looking.

I hate to even upload these pics b/c of the weather conditions the pics were taken in. The funny thing is that the got the car all clean and stuff and about 10 mins after them washing it, it started to rain.

If you open the trunk, look at the back of the rear seat back, the shelf is above that. I believe there is trim covering the speakers that you would have to remove to look.

Car looks great BTW.

Thanks. The reason I ask is b/c the Windows sticker that was in the car window says that it has the audiophile system and the window sticker that is online when you go through the dealer inventory doesnt mention it. I'm in NYC right now but I will get my brother to check it for me. So there should be three speakers back their on that shelve? Two rear and one sub? What Fusion forum are you on? Thanks

That's correct, the sub is in the middle, if you have the sunroof, you are supposed to have the audiophile, that's how they packaged it.

I'm not a member at any Fusion sites, I just browse a few, it's my wife's car and she's not all that interested in much except that it's pretty and has a remote start and the radio works. so I haven't got into it much.

Did it come with remote start from the factory? I just purchased a Ford remote start for my girlfriends 08 Focus Coupe from Kc Autosound. Once she gets back in town I'm going to install it.

Thanks. If I go to NC this weekend I will get better pics. I think its a really nice car myself. I know that the body is going to change in 2010 but for some reason I like this body better.

No, I don't believe it's a factory option (in any Ford). I bought a Ford unit on eBay and installed it myself.

I love the red accent stiching on that interior -- it looks awesome and I've never seen it on the Fusion before. It kind of reminds me of the seats they put in the FX2's.

The only thing I would change about the current Fusion design are those ugly-a$$ tail lights! How those hideous things ever got out of the design studio I'll never know! They look like some cheap aftermarket units that a 16-year-old boy would buy on ebay and then stick on his parent's car!
