Ya, def use a whole roll of duct tape and go crazy one night. I'm talking all the way to the wheel well to the handle of the tailgate conspicuous. Then put a driving school ad on the windshield

I think you should make a wind chime out of it and hang it from your mailbox. Don't say a word. Then if you ever see him out there ask him how he likes your wind chime.

Tape something on there with a website to get new taillights, and maybe an ad in the local phone book for a shop that works on exhaust so he can get that driver side pipe bent right.

You should have just put the pieces in a box and wrapped it with a big bow on it and dropped it on his door step. Just not on Christmas day. That's just not the right time. The day before or after is fine though. Who doesn't like presents?! Maybe put some wrocks in it to make it heavy.
