Snow is actually a really good insulator, so I'm assuming it is nice and warm.

We had 18" on the ground until this past weekend after 3 days of 40 degs and rain we had 2" of hard pack left. We just got 4" tonight and they are predicting 6-10"+ for Thursday night into Friday. I will try and take some pics either Friday or this weekend and post them up.

Not too much of the white stuff yet, but we still have another 3 months.

the black paint came off the grill due to no prep work. I just wanted to be sure i wanted it black before i ruined the chrome.
maybe tomorrow i'll get around to repainting it.

round here in sw kansas when it snows it blows, for ex 1 year ago it snowed about 6 inches not much till the wind comes, then the snow drifts and starts to pile up on some parts, up to 5 feet tall, was with my dad and tryed to drive through 2 1/2 feet and got stuck in our 2wd 99 f150, then my brother had to come pull us out, but instead he trys to go to the front of the truck even though that would take us further into the snow, while doing so he drives (trys to drive) in the ditch to the front of the truck, but its even deeper in the ditch then he gets stuck, in a 99 chevy 4wd suburban, so now were screwed, but a 4wd john deere tractor comes along and pulls the pickup back to the unsnowed spot, but cant get the suburban out cuz it to deep in the snow, it just sat there spinning tires, so we leave and come back with our f250 5.4 2wd and f150 5.4 2wd and use both trucks to pull the darn suburban out, took a while but finally it came, haha

thanks Darren, when i was at my local speed/custom shop, I told them what i wanted to do with my grille they recommended this paint..

they advised me there was no getting this stuff off after it cures, buddy got some on his hand and it took 3 weeks to get off, lol he said the paint is so strong that if you get it on the sealing part of the can/lid i would have to destroy the can to get it apart so i'm going to scuff the chrome then use that stuff and put my satin paint over it. i bought my 4 ounce can for 10-15 bucks, Canadian
