We do have a speed limit now... we've had one for about 8-9 years. The reasonable and prudent speed limit was declared unconstitutional in 1998, so they had absolutely no daytime speed limit for 5 months until they were finally passed as law.

more power to you Manual, I don't see anything wrong with memory aids. You see these people everyday and just do not realize it. Remembering how they act and what they drive sometimes is really proficient people watching.
As far as narcing out all the tag numbers, then it turns wierd IMO. I just like the fact you could keep track of all the vehicles, like how many F150 of each color, where do you always see them, are they on the same "schedule" as you blah blah blah..powers of observation without the wierdness stigma of voyerism I suppose.

I'd still send 'em there, love to watch them slide on some Black Ice!

Plus there is a bunch of online plate # databases online where they have people like me enter that data into that.
First of all, get a life.

Secondly, WTF is the point? no one gives a crap about your stupid lists or databases.

Morons that drive 55-65 on the freeway are more of a risk than the individuals that do 80 in the fast lane.

That's ManualF150? If so that explains a lot. Ever heard of the Napoleon complex?

Can you even reach the pedals in that truck? That explains why he used the emergency brake in the rental. It was at the right height for his foot to reach.

That just made my weekend.

Yes, it is him. He posted it in the "reveal yourself" thread.

When I first got my truck, my route to work to me down a 2 lane, speed limit 55. I noticed a new Chevy pickup coming at me.
I waved, the driver didn't notice.
Next morning, about the same spot, same truck, I wave.
It becomes part of my morning routine.
Eventually, the guy sees me and just stares trying to figure out who I am.
It took months, literally months, and he started waving back.
Then my work hours changed.

I have also stopped at a toll booth and paid for the car behind me, then beat feet. They go like hell trying to figure out who you are.
Haven't done that in years since I got Fast-Pass.

I can understand reaming Manuel about his logbook. Thats a choice he makes, and it is extremely weird... With having said that, his size is not a choice... Why make fun of him? Kinda childish, and I am one of the biggest kids in this forum.

So far I've caught 1,397 offenders since last year at exactly at May 19, 2007.

Some of the fields in which I have are license plate number, make, model, color, date and time, location, and a few other identifiers.

So far, I've gotten about 29 of the same license plate numbers in multiple (2 or more) occurances.

The data is quite interesting.
Some things are better left unsaid But too each his own

What is the point? Do you turn it into the local P.D? Even then I bet they laugh at you as you walk out

Holy crap, Manual looks like Rick Moranis from Honey I Shrunk the Kids! I think a name change is in order. Manual is now to be called MORONis. Wear your new name with pride, you have earned it.

I agree you need a new hobby. If I ever saw you write my plate # down, I would follow you until you stopped and pistol whip the crap out of you, simply because you are a cop wannabe. I don't care if it is public information, you don't need it. I would burn your log book too and let you watch.

However, I agree with Shines, picking on your height is worng. It is nothing you can control and has no bearing on this weird hobby. You need a new hobby and I recommend a girl friend.

That's kinda odd what you do, Manual. But theres no reason to personally attack him.

Anyone remember that guy that was always messing up his truck trying to work on it a couple years ago. I think his name was mountaineer02v8. I wonder what ever happened to him.

Ill be right behind you in my beater doing the speed limit, can't blame me, I've got 1/4 of a turn of slack in the steering wheel. But the loud exhaust and the dents make you feel like a harda$$ driving it.
