Does Canada have a Drinking Problem?

to all the Canadians on here you gotta check this out.

Does Canada have a drinking problem? Some of the country's medical specialists think so.

Based on per capita consumption, Canada ranks among the top 50 drinking nations, consuming slightly less than the U.S. but twice as much as Cuba.

Then wouldn't that mean America has a drinking problem if we drink more per capita than Canada?

LMAO.. that's the way I read it.

Did you want to change the title of this thread to US? Better yet, have another drink.

I drink often, but I would never go as far as to call it a problem

I woulda thaught this was more on the topic of coffee that Canadians drink. Canadians, alot of my family especially are addicted to Tim Hortons coffee like medicine. I'm as Canadian as the next Joe Beaver but it's funny to watch. Ya, what else are you supposed to do during the winter when you're locked up with your old lady? Sex? Um- ya right, so drinking makes her bitching and discussing interior projects float right over your head.

Researchers, physicians and social workers say alcohol is responsible for much more health and social damage than any other substance or drug in Canada and US.

That's true, I know of quite a few times I was 5/4ths drunk and chatted up some bird I shouldn't have. The only thng worse is when she got my real name and number. Now that's what I call social damage.
