The party of unity???

If you use the Drudge report, you might have already seen this.

If you've got five minutes, it's a video of McCain/Palin supporters walking through the upper west side of NYC.

Observe the tolorence. Observe the compassion. Observe the people who represent what this country is saying it wants to be.

The people responding to the McCain/Palin supporters are Obama supporters. I'm sure that they will make you feel SO much better about Obama as our president.

YouTube-Liberal Outrage: A Pro-McCain March In Manhattan

Please, if you have something that you can add to this thread feel free. I'm sure that there is video that can give us some contrast.

Come on Wittom, do you really want to get into what some supporters do? Haven't you read anything over the past week? If you want to make a show out of what some Obama supporters do, then what some McCain supporters have been doing for the last week is fair game.

What a few people who support a candidate do, does not reflect on that candidate.

What's the point? There are idiot supporters on both sides. Anyone could surely provide examples, video or other, including yourself, so I have to wonder what you are getting at or trying to show.

What's the point??? All week the media has been spouting how mccian supporters have been saying things like "kill him!" and things like that. Got a video of that? The media is making it up from every indication. Sure there are bad supporters from each side. But every time I drive around I see republican lawn signs destroyed. Never democrat signs vandalized. The tolerant left is by far the most violent.

How can yo see lawn signs destroyed? If they were destroyed, I guess that you couldn't see them any more, right. Quit it, give it a break---your prejudicial comments are absurd, Chris---I am tired of all of us Blues being bad, bad, bad...(at least according to you...)

As for the reality of lawn signs---plenty around here---I have not seen one VANDALIZED---but---perhaps the Republicans have destroyed some that I could not see...DARN THOSE GUYS!!! ALWAYS THINKING THAT IT IS OKIE-DOKIE TO DESTROY YARD SIGNS! BAD REDS! BAD REDS! BAD REDS!

Perhaps we need some electronic collars for those nasty Republicans---so that when they approach a Obama sign, ZZZZAAAAPPPP!!!. That'll teach 'em!

As a matter of fact Chris, I drove by a house tonight that had both an Obama sign and a McCain sign in the front lawn...Depending on which way you were going, either one had "top-billing." It looked like the husband and wife who lived there were not into trashing each other's signs.

I hesitate to respond. Such stupidity is hard to swallow. I know.. I called you a name. Get over it. Why do you have to get so literal? What is the point? You make yourself look like such a smart ***. Destroyed means vandalized. Cut up. pushed down. Spray painted. It is quite obvious what the sign was. It is so hard to communicate with people like you. Why should I have to stoop to your level?

In the Seattle area, almost exclusively the republican signs are destroyed. It is what it is. In your hell hole, maybe all liberals are held in high regard. There are a few of us sane here in my area.

There are plenty of bad people on both sides, always have been, always will be. The only difference I've seen, is on this board. Conservatives trying to slam Obama because of what some of his fans have done, haven't seen anyone trying to slam McCain because of what his fans have done, or whining about it.

Hey Chris---I wanted my response to be as stupid as your first reply---I guess I achieved that, right?

I've heard that before.

There are plenty of bad people on both sides, always have been, always will be. The only difference I've seen, is in the main stream media. You say that what McCain supporters have been doing for the last week is fair game. I'm not whining at all. I'm asking people to present what people have been doing so that we can compare it. So far it's one sided. I think that an Obama supporter could do a better job of presenting an opposing view than I could. Be my guest.

Perhaps you should be asking the MSM why they don't show Obama fans doing bad things since this is where you've noticed the imbalance.
