Airline Pilot -- $100K/yr and it took me 49 years of living to be able to afford a new King Ranch. Save 15%, give 10% away spend the rest!

Hey man, as an entry level CE you'd be doing pretty will if you land a job in the 50k-55k range. It'll help if you have some work experience.

I'm an ME, but I do primarily CE work. Shoot me a PM if you have any questions.

No problem. Your starting salary will also depend on where you live and the cost of living for that area.

I graduated in 2005 with 2 years of relevant experience and started with a private consulting firm for $51k plus bonuses and overtime. Once you pass the PE you'll get a nice pay bump, but you usually lose the ability to charge overtime.
