On a lighter note here's a dancing bananna
People will disagree, human nature, but holding personal grudges because someone has a different view than yourself defies logic in my book.

For those bans issued the other day, there could be an arguement that others could have been banned. But there was a line drawn and the posts were measured to see who had crossed that line. Those four were banned.
Im not going to disagree with the ban's. Heck, i agree with them, and all the mods involved in the rulings. What's my issue is the way upon which some mods portray themselves. And as much as i hate to say it (and believe me i do) Stealth is suitable mod. His attention to detail makes him a great enforcer, but no one on this site needs another mother. You guys are doing a great job, but when someone breaks the rule others dont need to see those kinds of comments. I guess i like defending people.

I agree with you. Yet, i feel as if your comment here is hypocritical because you have shown that you hold grudges to people who do not share your views.

That's funny, considering the fact that I hold no grudges. Though being the site janitor must make one seem that way.

Then why delete my comment from the Comments and Suggestion section? Because i may have the potential to start something? That's pretty close to holding a grudge if you ask me. Regardless, im going to tone down my attitude towards you. There must be some sort of common ground for everyone in regards to bans, and reprimands.

Hedging off stupidity. Part of the job. That's all there was to that.

And thanks for the toning.

So let me get this straight. Any post can get deleted even though it wasn't directed at anyone for "hedging off stupidity"? Is that in the moderator rules somewhere? If that's the case you have a very busy job ahead of you. And what happened to free speech?

Good point. I wonder what they all have in common... - Og

I am new here...but there seem to be a lot of "stupid posts". Mine included, as it had no socially redeeming value.

IMO, there is a difference in stupid and ignorant. One seeps out without knowledge and the other just seeps. - Og

Free speech only applies to public spaces not websites run by private entities. It is just like coming in to my living room. I have the right to toss you out on the lawn if I do not like what you say.
