That's how a lot of wine was made back in the day. Wine foot presses. Kept foot fungus to a minimum too.

If you are going to start in the middle of the process, why mess with it, just go buy a bottle of wine and be done with it.

When I was in the 9th grade(1957), my buddy and I would go to his house for lunch. He lived with his Grandmother, she made blackberry wine every year and stored it in a closet. We would get a bottle for our lunch and go back to scholl feeling pretty good. She would have it in all these old bottles that she had washed up. Now don't laugh, but most of them were Geritol and Hadacol bottles. The wine was good!

There are certain risks that are quite toxic that you should be made aware of.

But before I go further, are you a Republican or a Democrat?

I had English right after lunch. Will never forget giving an oral book report, one day. It was quite entertaining. I think the teacher knew, but she was pretty cool, never said a thing, just laughed with the kids.

DAMN !!

Hey, just cuz we got yuppies, doesn't mean we are ALL yuppies !!

We got some old school boys who make some shine for us when we camp. Not me, but "someone".

If we don't get some shine made, we bring some everclear, chit is nasty, but sure does work at 190 proof. Make some slushy type drinks, and be chit faced after one !

This is what I use everclear for:
Gallon of apple cider, 1 lbs of sugar, some ground cinnamon. Boil it, then let it cool. Pour in a bottle of everclear. It keeps you warm on winter nights !
Hmm.... thats one interesting mix ya got there. All I ever do is a cranberry type slushy deal, usually campin. Might have to try that next time.
