black berry, elderberries, cranberry maybe ? Blue berry might be interesting ( i love blue berries, not sure about a wine... ???)

Wine berry ? Used in asia for its medical purposes I think ? Suppose to be taste good, but some states list it as noxious weed. Could be fun ! lol (or horrible)

Rasberry would also be excellent !

wild barberries, black haws, cherries, chokecherries, cranberries, grapes, juneberries, wild raisins, squashberries, shadbush berries, serviceberries, sarvisberries, sugar pears, and sugar plums

All work for making wine.

The barbed wire sure looks like West Texas, but I don't remember any trees like that at Snyder.

Actually there are several types of barbed wire. What I was thinking was that that Snyder is in West Texas, so the barbed wire did look look like Snyder, Texas as opposed to maybe Snyder, Ney York.
