There is no "throaty deep" sound out of a 2.0L. Your stuck in rice heaven. Bring chopsticks.

At least you stuck with Ford. I hate it when people trade in and get a Scion xB or something.

I've wondered about Harleys too. Must be the muffler design or the firing order/piston design. I'm going to look into that as a matter of fact...

I agree, this car is a basic commuter car. Don't flush money down the can with a exhaust on this type of car.

agreed on leaving it stock.

i've run into a similar problem with frontiers.

many exhausts made for the frontier sound ricey.

for example :

i finally found something half decent. will look into this sometime this year prob next spring:

but just leave it stock. You will look like a ricer/imitation tuner if you try to do something with it.

Putting an aftermarket exhaust on a 4-or-6 cylinder engine makes the same sound as farting into an empty soup can......

PLEASE don't get exhaust.

Well I mean if you do though, you could consider a Folger's Custom kit.

Its called a V Twin engine

The bigger the engine, especially in a V-twin, usually the greater the gobs of that satisfying, low-end torque that lumbers you away from stops.
