My ring is Tungsten Carbide... by Art Carved for $315 and my wifes wedding band and engagement ring is 14kt white gold 2 CT with a *VS1 clarity and colorimeter II (Rare white rating)... 5k for hers..

*Very Slightly Included category (VS) diamonds have minor inclusions that are difficult to somewhat easy for a trained grader to see when viewed under 10x magnification.[2] The VS category is divided into two grades; VS1 denotes a higher clarity grade than VS2. Typically the inclusions in VS diamonds are invisible without magnification, however infrequently some VS2 inclusions may still be visible to the eye. An example would be on a large emerald cut diamond which has a small inclusion under the corner of the table.

Heres both ours on our little girls foots

As I remember it is white gold. I haven't seen it for a few years. I put it in a drawer somewhere. Married for almost 32 years and don't need a ring to remind me. No other woman would want me, although I am sure my wife wishes one would!

I have a Tungsten Carbide ring. It was around $600 and contains no cobalt. You have to watch for cheap Tungsten rings. I ordered mine by some guy that is famous for his tungsten rings, I don't know what his name is, but this is what my jeweller told me. Tungsten is nice because you cannot scratch it, i have a pattern in mine and you can take a file to it and it will not scratch the ring or the pattern. You also cannot cut it, If it ever has to be removed for a emergency, you have to use vise grips and shatter it..

My wedding band is plain yellow gold, but my wife got me a tungsten band for our 25th anniversary last year.

Yep, it is pretty darn near unbreakable and lasts forever, just like my relationship with my wife.

10k gold comfort band. Scratched all to hell, but still hanging in there for over eight years now.

give it 5 years and you'll be singing Meatloaf like every other married guy....

I started swearing to my God and on my mother's grave
That I would love you to the end of time
I swore that I would love you to the end of time!
So now I'm praying for the end of time
To hurry up and arrive
Cause if I gotta spend another minute with you
I don't think that I can really survive
I'll never break my promise or forget my vow
But God only knows what I can do right now
I'm praying for the end of time
It's all that I can do

Mine is also Tungsten Carbide. Very happy with my choice. Will not scratch no matter what you do. Plus I didn't want an expensive ring. The wife on the other hand

My ring is 14k white gold. It is a nice ring, I have always been a fan of white gold, it is cheaper than platinum.

Ti - Lasts almost forever with no scratches. Mine is a blasted finish so it has a pretty cool texture to it. I know she got it online, but I do not know where.

Tiffany & Co. just doesn't do things on the cheap.
