yup see what you can come up with. What shocks you gonna go with?

I dont have a date set for the car. Its doing an oil pump on sarah's old acura, which is basically one step past doing timing belts. So it will be a full days project, but im sure i can oversee, and lend a helping hand on your truck if you want to turn a few wrenches yourself.

Ok, we'll see how it works out. I plan on ordering some Bilstiens I guess. Hate to pay tha much for shocks, but doubt anything else is as good.

bilsteins are definitely a good investment, they should last a long time, the bilsteins on my truck have around 80k on them, and have been abused, overloaded, and i have been up and down many different suspension setups in the rear, and they still are tight.

im only gonna get drop shocks because i am going even lower, and the bilsteins will be too long in the rear

I found the regular shocks for my truck for about $320 shipped.

ebay had them for mine for 230-250 depending on the seller. I understand that the fronts will cost more since its not just a shock its the whole strut assembly, but check ebay out. You dont have to buy through them, might ask one of the websites you saw if they will price match ebay

Stealth i want to shave all the handles and emblems and some other custom body work, but that will take alot of time. I need to get new fiberglass bedsides, If I like the way they turn out i might have to make a mold of them....
That would look good.

i'd take some snow right now. It finally above freezing for the first time since Wednesday. I told myself I was gonna wash the truck no matter what, but I don't feel like spending 3 hours just washing it.
