A lot happened since my last post...50 yr anniversary on my birthday Nov the 29th (Black Friday) !!

We've been using the camper a lot since the weather got a little cooler and have another short trip planned this weekend

Still keeping up with the Saints and LSU football teams who both are having great seasons!

Kind of a chilly and overcast day here in Houston - perfect day to try a crockpot pot roast recipe I’ve been wanting to make! Most crockpot roasts I have had haven’t impressed me that much, but this one has gotten rave reviews online so I’m going to give it a shot!
