Hope you all stay safe Don. I know waiting on the unknown is very stressful.

We made it through the storm just fine. Not too much rain or wind in our area...20 or 30 miles east or west of us got hammered pretty good. We went on generator power Saturday morning for about 4 hrs and the Generac 20KW kept the whole house going. Finished cleaning up the yard today and other then some branches down and the chain light we had on the front porch that broke we did OK. Not looking forward to another hurricane anytime soon!

Hey you guys!! I know it's been awhile but just wanted to catch you up on what's going on with me. I started working for Weyerhaeuser sawmill as a millwright almost 8 years ago. Been shipped off to Canada 4 times since then for school. Worked my but off for this company only to get let go about 2 months ago. I had to go back to work at my old job till I can find something better. Anyway, let you guys know what I'm driving now. It's a 2011 F-150 crewcab Lariat 4x4 with the 3.5L twin turbo. 2 weeks ago it jumped timing on me on bank 1. It has just about 130,000 miles on it. Have a new timing kit installed and waiting on other gaskets and O-Rings to come in to put it all back together. After looking at everything, it looks like the chain tensioner was broke and allowed it to jump. Luckly it only jumped 2 teeth. I've put a dual cold air intake on it, a JMS Boost max, a Peddle Commander, a 73mm throttle body and a programmer. I hope I can get this back going soon. Nice to be back on here. Let me know how ya'll feel about my problem with the truck.

I'm liking this engine better. A friend of mine has the 5.0 and can not hang with me. And his is a 2WD crew cab. I've heard a lot of people talk good things about this motor.

Had a set of Detroit Steel Wheels made up for my F250. Got them on finally July 4th. Took it out for a good ride today. Rides real smooth considering what it is. Happy with the outcome.
