Sorry about the loss of your uncle. Life's too short for families to be feuding like that and it's better to see them at reunions then at funerals.

 

 

Sad thing is they actually got along really well the last 10 or 15 years, it's just parts of the family still hadn't got over what happened and it was their chance to get back at my mom.

Hell when my Grandpa died in 1993 we were living in KY, Mom got the call 2 days before the funeral. There was a bad blizzard where we were and ice storm over the southern part of the US and my parents couldn't get a flight to get down to TX. Ended up Dad drove us down in the ice storm and blizzard and made it with 30 mins to spare.

Still remember that trip like it was yesterday. Every place we stopped at dad asked the truckers how the road conditions were, each time we were told horrible and he wouldn't make it far at all. That ol 91 cougar made it the whole way

 

Just ordered my yearly Detail stash from Auto Geek. I was on chemical guys website to ordered my honey dew snow foam, detail spray etc and ended up Auto geek was alot cheaper on CG stuff THEN chemical guys

Ended up with

Gallon of Honey Dew Soap
Gallon of Megs Hyper Dressing
Gallon Of CG V7 detail spray/Sealant
couple wash Mitsubishi, applicator pads, microfibers and some Black Light.

I haven't tried much CG stuff, but like what I have tried.

 

yea I haven't tried alot either. I bought my foam canon from then and it came with the honey dew soap, I liked it and haven't switched from it. Same as the quick detailer with the carnauba wax, works very well therefore I stick with it. I almost decided to replace the hyper dressing with something from them but I just couldn't do it

I thought I was the only one that liked revolvers, I have a 44 mag which is fun, but a dollar a shot is a little expensive .
Other one is a Rossi 357 and it's been a great one. Also have a S&W MP. 40 and a S&W Sigma 9mm Ruger. 380 and a Colt .380. Both of those will make your ears ring for days after a couple shots!

Absolutely, I love revolvers. The .38 snub nose is just my boat gun - it is aluminum with a stainless finish, so it's something I can throw in the dry box and not worry about corrosion from saltwater. The .357 has a much cooler story. It is a Smith & Wesson Highway Patrolman, and it was my dad's service revolver from his days with the Sheriff's office in the '70s and '80s. It's the gun he was using when he lost his eye during a shootout 35 years ago. He gave it to me a few years back when I graduated college.

 

I'm so ready to get the cavalier back! It's been almost 2 months. Didn't think I was going to miss it much but after about week 2 I did. Told SIL I wanted it back by mid Jan.. she had the nerve to say well I can get a new kia for 350 a month but I need a cosigner. I told her yea sure, last week you couldn't even put 23 dollars of gas in the cavalier and asked me to fill it up so she could get to work, the Next week she's talking about a 350 month car payment
