Good morning -- slept like a baby last night after doing all that housework yesterday!

Trying to decide what I am going to make for dinner for the Super Bowl tonight -- it could be as simple as the Tombstone frozen pizza that's sitting in my freezer, or I could thaw out a container of Beef Stroganoff that's a leftover from Christmas dinner, or I might go "whole hog" and whip up a batch of Green Chile Chicken Stew if I'm feeling ambitious.....

I would go with the green chili chicken along with the chips, cheese and salsa.

Well, I ran out of time to do something grand -- looks like it will be frozen pizza for me. I think I need to hop in the truck and make a quick run over to San Angelo....

Finally got the oil and filter changed on the Mule. A 900 lb gorilla must have changed it last time.
