We usually end up with one of the grandsons during the week and this evening we host my wifes sister and her husband from Houston. Got all my chores done so now I can goof off a little!

 

I got in the locking the house mode from when we lived in the New Orleans area. Since moving to the country 8 yrs ago we've had no problems in this area. You still have to be aware of the money for drugs thieves that would steal....most citizens in my area grew up hunting and fishing for a living so they probably would have no trouble shooting a thief.

Pretty sad I would rather drive the 11 year old 162k mile cavalier than this damn Focus. It is horrible driving around town, it jerks all the time in first, then when in 2nd it has about a 3 sec delay from hitting the throttle to actually start accelerating.

Sometimes it shifts at 2000 rpm and other times it shifts at 4k with the same peddle pressure.

If it had the standard transmission in it it would be a nice little car, its pretty quite, rides pretty good etc.

 

Incoming call on my land line shows on caller ID that it is me and shows the my number. How do they do that?

 

There is a few apps that can do that. You can change the number and name for peoples caller id

 

I figured that. They do it to defeat caller ID.
