Got busted today passing another F150. Pulled out and gassed it and right when I was moving over in front of him Dps popped over the hill, did a u turn and got me. What a bunch of crock! I asked him if some one is driving 72 and I pull out to pass how can I pass while driving the speed limit (75)? I got the speech of 75 is the limit anything over that I am breaking the law. Looked like a young kid right out of the academy. I think I'm going to fight this one.

 

Yeah -- I guess that's true. You wonder sometimes though....lol

 

Just looked at the ticket. He has color as Black and got the license plate wrong last 4 are 3300 and he put 3030. Being that there are 2 things wrong in the ticket should help, right?

 

Did Andy make him carry his bullet in his shirt pocket too? Yes it should help with getting it dismissed.

I had a neighbor got a ticket for tiding a Honda 3 wheeler on the street, cop wrote him for that plus for no brake light, mirror, horn, all the stuff for street legal.........The Judge said the cop was an idiot and cut my neighbor loose.

 

Ok good, I figured it will help. It was for 81 in a 75 which most wont even bother you for. Figured it was going to be a verbal or a warning and was totally surprised when it was a ticket.

He started to **** a attitude when he asked if any weapons were in the vehicle, I told him yes and he asked where and if it was loaded. I said yes once again and opened the center console. He said that it was a fine line where I have it cause when the center console is open its not concealed. I just shook my head on that one. Lol.

 

Kind of a stupid series of questions in Texas if you ask me......
