Cold hard rain. Sure hate to get out in it and the mud to load up and go to work. Will be a rainy drive to Burleson this afternoon.

Think I'll mow the lawn before the rain and colder weather arrives later today. Temp's have been close to 70 all this week so we can't complain too much!

According to him to many people playing bumper cars during the ice storm a couple weeks ago. Called another place and was told the same thing.

People playing bumper cars can be bad usually the mechanic gets backed up because every car needs major suspension repair after slamming curbs and walls

What is really delayed for body shops is a wide spread hail storm, we had a brutal one in 2012 and we're literally working down a 6+ month waiting list.

You figure maybe 10% of a city will drive during ice storm, and maybe 20% of ice drivers get in a wreck, while most people stay at home.
And about 40 to 50% of vehicles live outside unprotected from hail. You do the math

Pat,

let me know if you want to put gears in my truck before you do yours. I am really considering the 3.73 or 4.10. Want to make it easier for the travel trailer.

No rain here in Houston yet, but radar says it's coming so it looks as if it will be an "inside day" today. Going up to school to have lunch with the boy but other than that I guess I'll just hole-up here in the office and get some reports and phone calls out of the way!

Hard to believe that in another month we'll be getting into the time of year when Houston's awful heat and humidity begins to make it's comeback......

I've got the 3.31's and im not a big fan of them for pulling. I feel the truck falls on its face the minute it shifts into third. The torque converter immediately locks and its just crap acceleration from that point.
