That is a lot of work and dedication for a young man, but it puts him in an elite group of people.
My son and Foster son both went the distance to Eagle, and the Troop where I'm assistant Scoutmaster has over 50 Eagles in our 28 year history.
If he is going to go to collage, don't forget to have him put that on his application. Plus it can help with auto insurance with some companies.
My foster son put it on his Navy enlistment and started basic as an E-2 and was E-3 when he finished his basic training.

That should be fine, only reason i like walmart for tires, there is one always close by if needed. Always had good luck with their road hazzard
