Yep, for sure. Even donuts didn't help. Waiting of customer service tech at software company Holding over an hour.

 

I hate being on hold, so annoying. I deal with a few companies from Texas. Mouser Electronics in Mansfield, Texas... ever heard of them? I see some people on here are from that town. Love the southern accent and they are so nice lol

 

I know where Mouser is, pass there occasionally. I live about 10 miles from Mansfield.

I have spent since 6:30 getting this software fixed and the system back up. I think it is finally fixed. Four hours of that was holding for or on the line with a QuickBooks troubleshooter.

That's brutal... I use the computer all day I don't even touch it at home now. Plus after I got rid of my smart phone a year ago, it makes like easier. Going to get a tablet though at some point.

Somebody approached me today and asked me if my tires were "them nitro terrain grabbers."

Halfway through my explanation of the correct name of the tires, I noticed the dull, lifeless expression on the guy's face, and I realized I should have just said, "yeah."
