I guess it's my definition of rice. When the wheels look out of proportion to the rest of the vehicle. When I look at a vehicle and the wheels stand out due to there size, not their beauty.

That too, but to me it's anything that becomes a dominant feature rather than a blend of the whole. When you have too much bling in the wheel well and little skinny tires, that is too much for me. The 22s on these trucks does that for me.

The right 22s look ok, they help feel the wheel well up some more.

But some 22s get too flashy and don't flow with the look of the truck. Hell even some 20s can be too gaudy and not stand out.
