New rack is in, have to run to the store and get some Mercon V to fill it up and it should be good as new.

Well....now I have a leak in a power steering line. Just can't win At least there's no more play in the steering.

It really wasn't all the bad to put in. The biggest PITA was getting that 10mm bolt out that clamps the steering shaft to the rack. There's barely enough room to turn a wrench.

 

Got a call asking if I could work tomorrow on a special project. Not sure if I can work 4 days in a week, now. This is going to suck!

between saturday night and Sunday morning got 1.3" of rain.....just enough to start mowing twice a week again....

 

tiled most of Saturday and part of Sunday.....came up one carton short plus two sheets of accents along with metal trim...got more accomplished than what I had scheduled.....

also did some maintenance on the truck....

to bad that the ps hose decided to leak....
