After doing some tests....I determine the o-rings were to blame in the eatc....when I tried to get them off the plungers they snapped and fell apart....only took approx of 1 hour....

My time....1 hour

Parts...4 o-rings...$0.93 for all 4

Those eBay guys have a racket going on....

If you search eBay for "Ford eatc repair" you'll get companies offering rebuild kits at $99+ and companies that will do the repair for $150+ albeit there's a couple of them that will do a thorough job and change the bulbs if need be but compared to $0.93 hahaha

Got it. I have looked at eBay one time. That was when I bought the Global COPs.

You must be working on the cliate control system, for some reason, I thought you were replacing the o-rings on the injectors.

Ok, so i may be lucky here, but how much is an e-fan controller? I have a hyundai with a massive split fan setup, if i cant get the car sold, i'm pulling the fans and other random crap to put on my truck.
