Gah did something nasty to my back, I spent all day in bed yesterday. Dr said its a muscle spasm in my Lumbar. Gave me some pain meds and muscle relaxors. Tough day at work today
Had those three times when I was a young guy. The siatic nerve forgets to tell the muscle to relax so you can straighten up. The muscle stays constricted. First time it happened, scared me to death, thought I had a slipped disc. It's caused by stress and regular exercise, walking, cured it for me. Before I figured that out, when I could feel one coming on, I would take one of the muscle relaxers to head it off. It's the most painful thing I have even had. Hope you get over it soon and don't have a repeat.

No, this was the only position they had open which is fine with me. I'm not much of a salesman to begin with anyways. Pay's decent and benefits aren't bad so I'm happy.
you'd always be in the customer courtesy area raiding the cookies and rolls.....
