I was covetting a shelby yesterday that we were winterizing......really bad....
The car only has 10k but the motor+sc has had $15k worth of work done to them.....she's pumping out around 850 ponies....

I usually just pull the tube off the front of the throttle body, and use brake clean sprayed on a rag, and wipe the TB from the front side. Its faster and has no risk of damaging the TB gasket by taking the TB off.
Just be gentle when you pull the blade down flat to reach behind it, and to clean the back side of the blade.

If it doesn't scratch your teeth it won't scratch the aluminium.....I use it by the pivot....

Or are you looking for more like 30-40 mpg?
I average like 18mpg but I just hate putting that many miles on it, want to get rid of my '05 and get a car.
Stand alone......haven't done winter wax coat yet...but I was going to try one of the CG's carnubas......

I agree, I hate this time. I'm ready for bed by 6:30

13 hour shift sucks, that one extra hours is killer
