At this facility I'm at the manager and the maintenance idiots had a meeting with me this morning.....they just wanted to know how things were coming and if there was any improvements needed or things to be addressed.....
I told them on a couple of the buildings that when I checked the air compressor oil level that oil came back up out the fill hole.....the next thing is the manager comes unglued on me exclamating that her maintenance idiots never touch them.....bingo....right there she's confessing.....
1. By code they're supposed to be looked at once a week in the frequency table...hmm...they're not doing that....
2. It's her idiot husband that works for a fire extinguisher company trying to do the upkeep and screwed up....
It's been my experience in this job that when you tell someone something is wrong and they get all out of sorts that they have had something to do with it....

Bout as bad as the shop when we get Saturday drive ins......"the motors ticking".....go out check the oil....hmm.....two quarts low .....no wonder????.....on a 4 quart capicity motor.....
