Most gas stations here are charging $5/gal. Maybe I should envoke some vigilante justice.

isnt that one of your life long dreams?

i bailed outta work about 3:45 made it up here about 5:45 so minimal delays on the road, plus i detoured to paul's house to drop off some parts for sunday. we're doing my injectors, tune, and getting my intake tube bent

Looks like you TX folk are in for some rain. I think my sis in Harker Heights is just gonna miss most of the heavy stuff.

Been raining here all moring and the heavy stuff and the winds are due about 2:00. My doughter talked to a neighbor that road it out. her house survived but lost some trees. That is about 35 miles from the coast. They won't have power for maybe 3 weeks.

I've got a good friend in Houston, I need to call him and see if he left or not.

I was shocked. The winds from Ike blew over two of my potted hibiscus. I should have taken a picture.
