I've had mine since it hit the streets last December and haven't had any of those problems. Zero issues in fact. It's actually been a good phone despite my past experiences with Samsung.

Yeah I haven't met anyone with those either. It's like anything else... people post stuff about their truck issues that someone may or may not have too. Sooo much smoother than my HTC Eris. Not even a competition lol
