Years ago, I had a torn rotator cuff. Went to a guy that does not promote surgery, had an MRI and he had me wear a arm sling all the time that I could. It allows the shoulder muscles to completely relax. After about 4 or 5 weeks, it was healed. No pain or problem since.

thing is, i have pushed it and let it go longer than needed. Heck just moving my arm causes my shoulder to pop.

Went out to eat at a small town steak house last night....

Ate their 12 ounce prime rib.....came with wedge of lettuce, baked potatoe, veggie, bread, and cheese cake.....all for 10.95

This is all this place serves on Saturday night.....

Our daughter didn't want any .....she wanted a kids meal ......but after she tasted some of mom's she loved it....
