Exactly but when you wipe out its not a 200lbs bike its a 500-600lbs 8 ft sled coming after ya 
I snaped my sternum when my sled landed on me, that was one of the worse breaks i had to deal with

I'm ready to go back to work tomorrow. Saturday, I raked, blew and mulched leaves all day. Yesterday, I prepped and painted on the deck. I'm sore and worn out! Still have to clean out the pool. Headed back to Brownsboro tonight. I'm ready!

Got a new pair of Basketball shoes today.....boy they all look alot different from when I got my last pair 8 years ago.....went with a pair of Jordans "flight the power" .....something new to try....they fit the best....
