Chopped up some summer sausage, tossed it in the fry pan real quick then threw it my scrambled eggs. Not bad.

Throw in a little onion, some diced potatos, wrap it al in a soft tortilla. Wouldn't be bad with some hot sauce.

Im sore from trying to keep up with a group of young teens this weekend. Played about 6 hours of football....
