What a day so far.
5:20am Missed the last 2 steps coming down from upstairs, Face plant, shake it off. Arm is still a little numb.
5:30am Start coffee pot
5:35am Realize I forgot to put grounds in the pot, only water
5:45am Burn the crap outa my lips/tongue on some hot oatmeal
5:50am Receive email from my in laws regarding tomorrows "Christmas post card pictures" How exciting.
5:55am Went to take the trash out, trash bag started to rip as I was taking it out so I decided to make a dash for it (had 1 in both hands)... took me 15 minutes to clean it up. There were things in there I didn't want to see, or smell.

Yeah in the MRI report (right knee, not left) there is a laundry list of discrepancies, main one is the absence of the ACL. 
I've been missing it for 20 years now though. There's swelling, meniscus tears, cysts, moderate arthritis. Yay.
Left knee has arthritis too but is structurally sound so no mri was done.
