I hate mesquite, more of a hickory guy myself. I prefer polluting like my ancestors did by grilling with wood and charcoal. I also hate gas grilles. Women cook with gas in the house, so does it suddenly get manly cooking with gas outside?

I usually just smoke my bbq for a short while then finish in the oven. Not much on the smoke flavor. My father in law smokes his bbq so long/much it tastes like you're chewing on a burnt piece of mesquite. :o

I am not a big fan of lots of smoke flavor either just enough to flavor it.

May be ordering some black LT handles Monday. Once I get them on I'll be selling my textured handles cheap to unload them.

How many vehicles are you doing? It takes me at a minimum 2 days to detail mine.
