Went over to one of my friends house and he had an 08 Dodge 1500 with 67k miles on it in his garage because it was "clunking" in the front end. Jacked it up and turned the tires, only to find that about all the bushings are shot in the front end. When you turn the tires it binds, shifts the axle over one way, moves the WHOLE drivetrain back then shifts the other way and does the same thing.

The motor mount also serves as the axle mount. Good thinking Dodge!

After going for a ride in it and feeling all the movement, rattles, uncomfortable seats and the lack of power (4.7) it really made me glad to pull back in the driveway and see my truck

a guy at work just got done putting an engine in a 04+ single cab V6 dodge after he attempted headgasket repair and found one of the heads was cracked
