Allopurinol for a few day's will lower your uric acid level's, advill will reduce the pain. I alway's keep a prescription of allopurinal and indocin available for any attack's. Seafood, beer and a lot of other good food's may trigger an attack.

My brother has gout also, so that's why I knew about that YouTube video.
Even though he follows a diet regiment he still gets small attacks. If they get worse then the docs are going to write him a prescription.

After work today, I've been formatting the video of my nephew on his first gig in his band he started. They played great this past Saturday in Shreveport. I will be putting it up on You Tube as I get it formatted. I'll let you guys know when I get it done. He plays the drums and his main vocals is a female. She sounds great. The band is called Tanita Ladder.
