couple of scratches on the body of the phone, but other then that mechanically sound. Its an older LG shine slider, so its pretty robust. a new Iphone would have just crumbled and disintegrated.

Got the yard mowed, fall fertilizer put on, truck all cleaned up and watched the rangers win and Cowboys do their thing. Busy weekend. Had to come to work to rest.

I'm drinking coffee. I never drink coffee. Read where it helped eliminate gout. If you have ever had gout, you would drink more coffee.

That's about the worst 4 letter word I ever "not" want to hear, gout. Where you get it, in the toe?

Yep, and the joint right behind the big toe. About the most painful thing I have ever experienced.

There's a guy at work who suffers with gout. He misses a lot of work when he has an attack.

Your joints in the toe and foot will not bend and you get severe swelling. A shoe is excruciating so you end up hobbling around which makes the rest of the body ache. Imagine 10 or 12 needles being stuck into your toe at once.

I'm sure you've looked up all the preventative measures you can take to prevent gout attacks.

We'll do our best to not step on your toes.

Wise ***!

Yep, read up on all the stuff. Changed my diet, etc. Have not talked to the doctor. Mowing and putting fertilizer on this weekend was rough. Walking Maggie last night was miserable, but it's actually much better this afternoon. Must be the two cups of coffee.

Hope you feel better Jim.

Now put the ban hammer down and back away slowly we all know how cranky you get when you don't get your naps.

Yeah, I think the ibuprofen/anti-inflammatory may help too. I know you don't like taking too many medications, I'm the same way, but in this case you may not have a choice.

Those uric acid crystals must feel like there's a sticker in your joint. All I can say is I hope you get over it soon!!!
