Not to bad John. How about you? I am feeling better today now that I have been to the chiropractor. I slipped and fell last weekend and really tweaked my back.

No I was walking down a hill and slipped on some clay and I hit the ground hard. If I would have been on hard surface I would probably have my arm in a cast right now. I thought I was ok until I spent Tuesday night hunched over working on my friends deck and next day I couldnt stand to sit in my chair at work. My wife made me call because she couldnt stand my crabbiness.
