in Tx as long as its not obstructing the view of the driver it will pass, and the wipers need to make full contact with the windshield.

technically you dont have to have a windshield at all to pass inspection (seriously)

Wiper passes the crack in my ws fine. Wiper doesn't even know it's there.

I had to do a hard downshift on the freeway today to make a maneuver. Felt good. Truck still sounds good.
