Ya I still need to get the aal tho John then put the spacer in. I got the lift shackles in the rear in and looks good now nice and lvl but I need the back up another 3-4 inches if I put my spacer in. Ugh. I think I will need an aal and 5 inch tapered block

Why do people still use aerokroil for the soak during a 5.4 3v plug change? Insane!!! Poor guy in the 04-08 section found out the hard way.

did my plugs at 65k ... engine warm and not using anything to soak them ... creeked alittle coming out but they came out perfect

There is a better solution to this......


























Buy a truck that doesnt need spark plugs.

Yes but they are still a heck of a lot easier to change than the plugs on 3V 5.4.

i guess some just arent cut out to be mechanics haha .. so many people breaking all these plugs

I know..... I have never broken a plug off in the head but I have broken the ceraming off putting them in before.

these new plugs will break the ceramic if you dont use the correct socket size becasue the original plug socket size changed from 15mm to a 7/16s i believe
