Hopefully it isnt one of those "we will be there between 8am and 5pm" What a pain that is, I took a shower and ended up missing the tech who set up the internet modem and that

Morning fellas! I'm sort of working from home today. Right at 5 yesterday my boss told me he didn't want to work today, which I find really strange since we are picking a jury and going to trial Monday morning. So, we did what had absolutely had to be finished up before leaving the office and agreed that we would watch emails and check phone messages periodically. If it works out OK, I suppose we'll do this the rest of the week. It's nice to be able to access the firm network and all from home. I just hope the satellite doesn't give me internet problems.

Our weather warmed up overnight here. It's 45 and raining now instead of the original low 30's they were first predicting. I think the heavy cloud cover gave us an insulated blanket.

The insurance agent just dropped off a cinnamon coffee cake. Man, that thing is sooo good. I had to get a cup of coffee to go with it. Now I wish I had not put it in the break room, should have taken it home!

I suspect he had some agenda going on today. I overheard him on the phone with our computer tech - I think he was having some new electronics installed at home and wanted to stay home and play with the kids. I certainly did not argue with him about it.

I'm just waiting for it to start here too. I'm on the edge of the green and pink on the radar.

Ya I wouldnt either. How insane would you look asking to come in instead of staying home with pay... actually you might have gotten the whole week off for crazy leave if you did

He called a few days ago and said he'd be here about 9:30. He called this morning and said it would be about 10:30, which allowed me to get breakfast.

Hopefully he'll show up any minute now.
