I liked the big ones till I had the small ones. About the diameter of a silver dollar, maybe slightly bigger, about 1/2 inch thick, lots of cinnamon and dipped fried like a donut and dipped in donut glaze. Damn! Been too long!

ready to go home, i really need to tear apart my front end and see where this clicking noise is coming from, hopefully not a wheel bearing on its way out. Also have a clicking in my lower drivers dash. Too much to do, too little time

You can. you just have to get into it. My Dad was a mechanic when I was growing up. Had a limited education, 5th grade. I was embarrassed at what he did for a living and refused to go help him at the shop. I decided I wanted to work in an office. This was when I was 10 to 17 years old. After I left home, Dad started his on parts store and became quite a financial success. Somewhere about my 18th year, he really got some smarts. Later in life, I needed a hobby and bought a 1954 Ford pickup. I started doing body work, building engines, restoring Mustangs and even bought a wrecking yard so I would have a play pen. My point is, I knew nothing until I jumped in and tore my first 289 down and rebuilt it. If you want to, just get after it.

See that is what I want to do. The problem is I can't while I am living here. Their roof, their rules. Like I want to get some new XLT handles and paint them myself... but take my time and do it right this time. I would have to take apart the door so I can't do that here. It's frustrating but I think I'll end up doing what you did after college. I want to build a mustang gt up to be a sleeper, so maybe that will be my start in a few years. I really wish I was closer to you guys because for some projects it would be nice to have the availability of guidance. More complicated things could get done that require more knowledge than I have currently.
