GOOD Morning Slackers.
I think I have told this here before. When I was a young married guy living in West Texas, my Mom and Dad came to visit us. My 65 Mustang needed a carburator rebuild, so my Dad said lets do it. We picked up a kit at the parts store, tore it down and soaked the parts, cleaned them and started reassembly. When he got it all back together, there were two pieces left over in the little box. I held them up and said Dad, you left something out. He looked at them and said "that thing there, you don't need, and this one, I don't know what it is, and if I don't know what it is, you don't need it. We laughed for years about that. The carburator ran great. Of course, later, I learned that there are always extra parts in carb kits as they are for several different models.

Why would you say that. Yeah the first two nights at camp we are lucky if we are still upright and conscious after 8pm.

Morning Dave, Randall, Blue, and Pat

Hey do you guys have any idea how to strip Krylon fusion off of plastic?

I had painted my door handles over the summer and wanted to take it off, so yesterday I scrapped most of it off and used a bit of paint thinner to help and used dish soap to scrub it. Most came off but the plastic turned whiter which after washing with car soap I used some Ice wax and darkened it. It is still not as dark as I want and there is some areas of paint left. Any ideas?

You may have to buy new handles if they are turning white. The only other option in to sand them smooth and paint them to match the truck.
